Please supply names of all family members and include date and place of birth, marriage, and death. Also include any stories or additional information you would like added to the genealogy report. Detailed copies of the family tree will be available soon on CD and can be obtained from the historian.
Photos of you and your family may also be e-mailed or sent to the historian for inclusion in the detailed version of the family tree. Please contact historian for snail mail address.
